TTN e-Fatoora, step by step.

This page explains how to configure the application, create an invoice, sign it with TunTrust, submit it to TTN and track its status.

Beta version — launch in preparation

This guide describes the intended behaviour of TTN e-Fatoora. The public version is being finalised and some features may still evolve.

Quick access

Links usable from the application

Each section has a stable anchor for opening the right passage directly from TTN e-Fatoora.

How it works

A local desktop application built for everyday use.

The software helps users work cleanly without turning them into XML or TTN technicians.

Local data

Your invoices stay on the desktop workstation. No Ifriqa cloud storage is required to work.

Offline work

You can prepare invoices without internet. TTN submission resumes when a connection is available.

Batch signing

Prepare several invoices then sign them in a single session to avoid repeated PIN prompts.

Prerequisites

Before using TTN e-Fatoora

These elements are external to the software. They must be obtained from the official bodies.

1. Active company

You must have a valid tax identification number (matricule fiscal).

2. TunTrust electronic certificate

Used to sign invoices electronically. The software uses it but does not issue it.

3. El Fatoora / TTN registration

Gives access to the official electronic invoicing circuit.

First setup

Configure the company once.

On first launch, the application asks for the working company in order to separate files and avoid mixing invoices.

01

Enter the tax ID

The application creates or selects the active company. If RNE retrieval is available, some information may be pre-filled.

  • Verify the tax identification number.
  • Add a contact email if needed.
  • Confirm only if the displayed company is correct.

Complete the company profile

The validated information will be carried over to subsequent invoices.

  • Address.
  • Tax identification number.

Create an invoice

Fill in the invoice by simple blocks.

The form is divided to make entry and review easier.

Review

Check before signing.

The pre-submission review is designed to catch simple errors before signing and submitting.

  • Check the customer.
  • Verify the amounts and VAT.
  • Re-read the main information.
  • Do not sign if any fiscal data is questionable.

Signature

Sign with your TunTrust certificate.

The software prepares the invoice, uses the certificate available on the workstation, then triggers the signature.

Step 1

Prepare one or more invoices.

Step 2

Plug in the key or verify access to the certificate.

Step 3

Enter the PIN when the system requests it.

PIN tip

Prepare several invoices then sign them in a single session. This avoids re-entering the PIN for each invoice.

TTN submission & tracking

Submit, track, retry if necessary.

Once the invoice is signed, the application tracks its submission and processing status.

Offline work

You can prepare invoices without a connection. They remain pending and submission resumes when the required conditions are available.

Quota

Understanding consumption.

The quota tracks software usage and processed invoices.

  • In principle: one processed invoice consumes one quota unit.
  • The quota is visible in the access and activation screen.
  • If in doubt, check the tracking screen and local history.

FAQ

Quick questions

Short answers to clarify the exact role of the software.

Does TTN e-Fatoora replace TTN or El Fatoora?

No. The software helps with preparation, signing and tracking from your workstation. Registration and official access remain managed by TTN / El Fatoora.

Does the software provide the TunTrust certificate?

No. The certificate must be obtained from TunTrust or through their official channels.

Are my invoices sent to an Ifriqa cloud?

No. Invoices are stored locally on your computer. Data is only transmitted when you submit an invoice to TTN.

Can I work without an internet connection?

Yes for preparing invoices. Actions requiring TTN or the licence resume when a connection is available.

Why prepare several invoices before signing?

This allows signing multiple invoices in a single session and avoids entering the PIN repeatedly.
